Water: The major aquifer is the Carrizo-Wilcox and the land sits just north of the Queen city outcrop. There is an irrigation well and a pivot system on the property that has not been used in quiet some time and would convey as is. The water wells in the area are pretty shallow in relation to other areas of Texas.
